Jilin Province is the country’s leading agricultural province, rural finance and rural economic development plays a decisive role in Jilin Province, is also an important part of building a new socialist countryside in China. For a long time, the rural financial development in Jilin overall in good shape. In particular the reform of rural credit cooperatives in Jilin remarkable, but in the development process there are still some problems.
