As an emerging Smartphone mobile media companies are gradually being widelyused in brand communication, this paper discusses the status of enterprises useSmartphone brand communication, focusing on the Smartphone in the enterprise value ofthe brand communication and the majority of enterprises in the current domestic brandcommunication lack of knowledge on Smartphone and utilization is not high, the valueof the spread of Smartphone can not play due. Articles more general introduction to thefirst part of conducting business can take advantage of the Smartphone brandcommunication in three ways, namely to create a platform for public companies todevelop enterprise Smartphone client APP, to borrow a third-party mobile client APP,then they were to this system is discussed in three ways.First, companies can build intelligent customer service system in the enterpriseWeChat public platform, the paper through case discusses how to design a micro-channelimpartial platform systems, feedback and management of real-time news, etc., in order toachieve corporate brand and precise user real-time interaction and effectivecommunication, and how to take advantage of promotional activities under the WeChatpublic platform and business lines combined.
