Urban Infrastructure Ppp Project Financing Risk Management Research

The PPP financing model is a new financing model, it combined the policy support capacity of government departments and the abundant funds of private sector, provided favorable conditions for the smooth implementation of projects and the PPP financing models has received preliminary application in the construction of urban infrastructure project in China. As the urban infrastructure PPP project has wide covers, large investments and many uncertain factors, its risk management has been an important issue to the project participants. How to analysis, evaluate and control the risk factors of PPP project financing effectively, to improve risk management level, has an important theoretical significance and research value to the construction of urban infrastructure PPP project of our country.The financing risk of urban infrastructure PPP project is the research object of this paper, based on the digestion and absorption of the domestic and foreign research about the PPP project financing risk, combined theoretical research and empirical research methods, on the basis of the present situation of urban infrastructure PPP project, analyzed and evaluated the urban infrastructure PPP project financing risk, constructed the risk evaluation model and system. Finally, pointed out that urban infrastructure PPP project financing risk response and control measures and proposed grey comprehensive evaluation method of PPP project financing risk, verified the operability and practicability of the model.
