Since twenty-first Century, with the rapid development of the socialist economy, theexpanding enterprise scale, management skills are becoming more multiple and complex,which requires enterprises to adopt some internal control mechanism to standardizedmanagement for ensuring that the economic benefits of the enterprise, asset ting securityand financial information reliability etc.. While the internal control is still at the primarystage of the initial exploration in our country, we don’t have mature system of internalcontrol, control theory and internal control in the implementation of internal, comparedwith the developed countries, we have a big gap in the aspect of theory andimplementation. Due to the low level of internal control, China’s enterprises can not havea healthy development, therefore, perfecting the internal control system of our country’senterprises and improving the effectiveness of internal control are imperative.Along with the pace of construction of new towns and new rural reconstructionincreasing, enterprises can not avoid the rapid development and increasing competition,if enterprises wants to survive and become more strong in many tough challenges andrisks in demand, they must strengthen the internal control in enterprise management forrealizing the standardization management and the healthy and sustainable developmentof enterprises. At present, the international discussion about the internal control mainlyfocused on the prevention and control system risks and perfecting the internal controlsystem, however, construction enterprises mainly pay more attention to the control ofproject management, but few of the internal control of the specific business on theprocurement of goods.After the half year internship in construction company, I get a more in-depthunderstanding of the internal control in construction enterprise activities and a profoundsense of enterprise internal control environment problems and the effectiveimplementation of cable difficulties. This article tries to explore the internal control ofthe construction industry in China, and makes in-depth analysis the operating status andthe internal control system in construction. Then the author sums up the problemsappearing in the process of building on JQ group in the daily operation process of manyinternal control and give some advice. The author hopes that JQ construction company will improve the internal control ability and can make effective improvement on theweakness of JQ internal control construction group in purchasing business phenomenon,and if other construction enterprises can refer to this article and get some usefulinformation, they will improve the efficiency of the internal control.
