Research On Power Supply Enterprise Logistics System Planning Model

With the rapid development of China’s power grid enterprises and the deepening of the power system, lots of pressures and different challenges must be faced by power grid enterprise logistics, in particular, the level of concentration required power supply companies to quickly implement the " Three sets of five", in order to promote the power supply enterprise internal structure optimization and operational efficiency. Therefore, the power supply enterprise logistics system operating efficiency related to the ability to protect the user’s timely electricity, logistics costs and other related issues, the improving of the supply logistics system planning and algorithm can improve the power supply system of logistics enterprises.Firstly, what I want to speak is to improve the efficiency of grid company, we should improve supply logistics system planning level, reduce logistics operational costs, improve logistics operational efficiency, expand the following research paper. This paper describes the power supply enterprise logistics system planning, related theories and supply logistics system planning content, the basic structure and research focus for analysis. And then I face the problem is the current situation, identify problems and find the direction of development theory and practice for the follow-up work to lay a good foundation. Second, I pay my best to analysis the LIRP and cost model, inventory costs, vehicle transportation costs and other related content, specifically the sitting costs include fixed costs as well as the distribution center from the factory to product distribution center transportation costs; inventory costs include maintenance costs and distribution center inventory shortage cost; transport costs including vehicle fixed costs for our customers and distribution of goods transportation costs. And then build the power supply enterprise logistics system planning model. Finally, Power supply logistics system planning model are based on the examples, and according to heuristic algorithm to solve or improve it.In this paper, power supply logistics system planning have conduct a comprehensive scientific analysis, and construct the power supply logistics system planning model, and put forward relevant algorithm on this basis. I stress lots of strategies of stock, replenishment strategies and other related management system is order to improve inventory control.
