Financial environment has an important influence on the regional economic development. Yanbian existing state banking financial institutions11, the successful formation of Yanbian rural commercial bank, established38small loan companies, to carry out cross-border RMB settlement, the introduction of the Jilin bank, Minsheng Bank, China Everbright Bank and other foreign banks; the21insurance companies in Yanbian set up a branch;5securities firms set up Sales Department in the states.In this paper, based on the historical research on the development of Yanbian economy, finance, the existing problems and reasons in recent years Yanbian economic and financial environment of the in-depth analysis, that the main problems existing in Yanbian financial environment in the development of Yanbian economy development lack of stamina; low level and ability of financial services; Yanbian overall social credit environment poor; several financial institutions own management and reform etc.. The reason is the subjective and objective, not enough in places like the attention of relevant departments; financial legal system is not perfect, the implementation is not in place; citizens financial consciousness; enterprise accounting system is not perfect and so on.
