Since1990, Mongolia, since has transferred from a centralized economy to market economy, expanding foreign relations to become partners with many countries and to communicate with economic, cultural, sports and political relations. Any country uses term called currency in order to communicate with foreign countries.Mongolia has confirmed currency legally to comply with generally and has regulated activities with exchange of citizens, enterprises, organizations and commercial banks.National currency of any country is exchange but function performed in international trade, economic relations and payment is different. China accounts for52.06%of Mongolian foreign trade turnover. Chinese Yuan to21%of the flow and outflow accounted for9%.70%of exports are mineral, thereof accounted for43%of total exports of copper concentrate and these are exported100%to China in recent years.Even if Chinese gross domestic product provides10%of gross domestic product of the world, China is the most important partner of Mongolian trading and alone accounts for90%of total exports, therefore external environment are deputed as China, the Chinese currency, how the Yuan exchange rate changes influence Mongolian national economic development research work has been subject. In this research work, In Mongolia, how the currency to classify and how to use it, including how the role and position of Yuan influence to the Mongolian economy will be study. Apart from Yuan exchange is growing intensive for the last ten years, world of globalization and financial crisis as well as economic change in the Yuan exchange rate is the main reason.
