Study On The Issue Of Fair Income Distribution In China Under The Perspective Of Fair Distribution Theory Of Marxism

With over30years of reform and opening-up, China has achieved rapid growth ofnational economy, when the income level of Chinese increased dramatically as well asthe living standard has markedly improved. At the same time, people are facing manyunfair problems in different fields, such as income disparity. Nowadays, the problem ofincome disparity becomes more and more salience, which can be found in the followingthree aspects. Firstly, the unfairness is in starting point of income distribution, whichmeans unequal opportunity. Especially, when they receive education and find jobs,different social members will realize that there is a huge gap existing in them. Secondly,the unfairness is in the process of income distribution, that is to say, the regulation andprocedure is unfair. Considering of China’s current social situation and phenomena ofhatred for wealth people, the most serious and harmful unfairness is unfair regulation,which could lead to people’s discontented or dissatisfaction. Finally, the unfairness is inoutcome of income distribution. Increasing disparity in income is a distinctmanifestation. People are aware of the disadvantages of unfair income distribution andpay more attention to it, hoping social wealth can be distributed between different socialgroups. It also becomes a major task for scholars and Chinese governments at differentlevels.Based on fair distribution theory of Marxism, this thesis systematically analyzesthe problems and reasons of income distribution existing in our country. Although therehave been a lot of research results of fair distribution, this research has the differentresearch angle from the former researches. The study on measures and suggestions takessome countries from Europe, Asia, Latin America as examples by learning from theirexperiences and then forms a basic theory to support this paper. The thesis conducts acomprehensive and systematic expatiation and discussion on fair distribution theory ofMarxism. Therefore, it is of great significance, both theoretically and practically. Basedon this point, the paper tries to get practical measures and suggestions throughsystematical and theoretical analysis and empirical research.This thesis is composed of six chapters. Chapter one introduces the background information and significance of the study and the related researches about incomedistribution at home and abroad. Chapter two, on the basis of literature, presents thedefinition and some terms related to fair income distribution. And then it tries to make aconclusion about fair distribution theory of Marxism. The third chapter aims atanalyzing the current situation of fair income distribution and points out problemsexisting in the present stage of our country. The fourth chapter is mainly to analyze thereasons of unfair income distribution in the present stage of our country. The fifthchapter is about learning from foreign experiences and lessons of fair incomedistribution to explore the direction and path as well as the enlightenment to China. Thesixth part puts forward some further proposals on the analysis of income differenceunder the guidance of fair distribution theory of Marxism. It should draw on theexperience and lesson of other s ’ according to our specific conditions.
