Study On Operation Network Integration Of Urban-rural Logistics Based On Collaborative Innovation

Logistics is an important part of overall urban-rural development, and a new strategy forthe development of agricultural modernization and implementation of urban construction.Since the reform and opening up, production and way of life has been greatly improved inurban and rural areas, enhanced people’s lives and mental outlook, and the construction ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics has made great achievements. However, theurban-rural dual structure, especially the dual economic structure, is an obstacle tocoordinated development of urban and rural, like a sword cutting razor interactive contextbetween urban and rural areas. Unbalanced urban and rural economic development, especiallyin rural infrastructure, to some extent caused closed-end logistics operations between urbanand rural areas. Throughout the logistics network appears breakpoints and ‘island’, is notconducive to coordination and sustainable development between urban and rural areas.Especially in recent years, the countryside falls under the city suburbs original circle becauseof the urbanization, with the gradual expansion of the growing population and urban fringeareas, the building of vibrant, smooth logistics network, and the implement of logisticsintegration overall urban and rural, have been placed in the path of urban and ruraldevelopment need to solve in time.As a leading industries, logistics has played the role of a bridge between urban and ruralareas, the basis to achieve the equal exchange of materials, technology, capital, information,personnel and other factors, and balance allocation of public resources.Giving considerationto both urban and rural development, breaking the flow barriers, is the breakthrough ofsolving the problem related to agriculture, rural areas and farmers, implementing the scientificconcept of development, but also is important support to steadily enhance the comprehensivestrength of a country or region. Based on the new urbanization development, use ofcollaborative innovation philosophy, taking logistics development between urban and rural ofWestern economic uplift of Shandong for example, after a survey of current situation of urbanand rural logistics system, to research on the rural and urban logistics operation model,security system, etc applicable to the western economic uplift. The main contents are as follows:At first, analyzed logistics development environment of the western economic uplift,combined with four indicators of local freight, local freight turnover, the total output value ofagriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheries and rural and urban consumer retail todiscuss the logistics synergies between urban and rural areas of the western trend. Second,summed up the traditional urban and rural logistics operation, mainly for the industrial city ofexcellent production and processing enterprises as the basis for urban and rural commercelogistics model and wholesale and retail formats in the city as the center of the urban and rurallogistics model to analyze the main shortcomings and problems in the pattern of traditionallogistics. Third, analyzed the system and integral feature, understanded the feasibility of‘industry nurturing agriculture’ in western region, and analyzed the industry conditions ofwestern economic uplift, to build the operation mode fit in with economic development,played a positive role in promoting rural development, and coordinated development ofproduction, distribution and logistics. Fourth, explored the way to build support system forurban and rural logistics systems of western from the economic base, the main logistics,policy support, infrastructure and technical support.
