On the occasion, combining ERP Information Management System andComprehensive Budget Management, promote concrete enterprises management, reducecosts and gain advantages in the competition become necessary.This paper base on the ERP theory and the theory of Comprehensive Budgetmanagement, learn from the advanced experience of comprehensive budget management athome and abroad, link with my management practice in Chongqing concrete enterprises,adopting comparative analysis and case analysis to analyze a medium-and-small sizedconcrete enterprise, XC company’s Comprehensive Budget management case. Point outthose two main problems, both technical defects and management mechanism in theintegrate of EPR management and comprehensive budget of XC company. Including tenaspects,the ERP technology, the comprehensive budget management technology, conceptpropaganda, completeness of system, isolated information, personnel shortage, processcomplexity, data authenticity, strength of the supplier, departments cooperation. Combinethe need of integration, present technology and management measure to solve the problems.Then come to these conclusions: through the Comprehensive Budget Management we canupgrade the competitiveness, double the management benefits of concrete enterprises,combining the ERP Information Management System and the Comprehensive BudgetManagement to make the upgrade of management benefits come true. This paper alsopropose to optimize the Comprehensive Budget Management path based on ERP from thefollowing aspects: First, both ERP system and comprehensive budget management shouldbe synchronous planned with the other infrastructure. Second, strengthen the industrycoordination to joint develop the comprehensive budget management which is based on theERP system. The last, to expand coverage, strengthen the function of management, buildan information management platform that could entend relevant content as required, and open to more fields.Through the analysis on the comprehensive budget management in XC company, toprovide recommendation and reference to those enterprises are going to implement or fullyimplement a comprehensive budget management, or some enterprises are suspicious of it,it can be combined with their own actual to present solutions and make a decision, so thatthey can implement comprehensive budget management based on ERP system, thenstrengthen enterprise management to seize the market, accelerate progress, promotesustainable, sound development.
