Promote industrial restructuring and development, reduce new e nvironmental problems arise in the development process, we must establish the co ncept of ecological civilization, and accelerate the transformation of developm ent mode, increase energy conservation efforts, strengthen technological innovati on, eliminate backward production capacity,resources and the environment and ec onomic growth to achieve a virtuous coupling, effectively promote the developme nt of the concept of focusing on the number and rate of growth to focus on qual ity and efficiency of growth changes, the way to promote the development of low-input, low consumption, low emission, can be recycled, high-efficiency transformat ion, gradually build and statewide resource endowments and environmental carryin g capacity to adapt to green, low-carbon, recycling development model.This thesis consists of five chapters and a conclusion composition,the firs t chapter, a brief description of the research background and purpose;second cha pter is an overview of the theory of ecological economics;Chapter Ⅲ of the de velopment status and overview of the ecosystem and the Dragon currently facing the opportunities and advantages for analysis;Chapter Ⅳ of the importance of t he development of eco-city and dragon, construction principles are discussed;Cha pter V ofeconomic development and ecological Dragon City made suggestions.
