Research On New-type Rural Financial Institution Supporting Agriculture In Heilongjiang Province

In recent years, with the rapid development of rural finance, more and more problems come out, focus in three aspects:First, the development of rural financial institutions themselves. Second, rural financial institutions insufficient capital supply. Third, government support is not enough. CBRC from2006onwards has issued a number of opinions and policies to support the development of new rural financial institutions, to encourage rural banks, the development of small loan companies and rural mutual financial services to rural banks.Heilongjiang Province is a big agricultural province. However, Heilongjiang province’s co mparative advantage does not form a economic advantages. The new rural financial institution i s important for solving rural financial institutions in Heilongjiang province.This paper describes the rural financial institution implications, and describes the new rural financial institutions in Heilongjiang Province and problems, and analyze the model through th e establishment of new rural financial institutions, using AHP to sort the various factors, and re asons to get the main factors affecting new rural financial institutions, last proposed the formati on of new rural financial institutions observations and recommendations in principle and develo pment.
