Nowadays, economy globalization has developed increasingly, which the development of small businesses has become a topic concerned. The competition of the market at home is fiercer and fiercer after participating in WTO. Foreign MRO companies plant facilities gradually in China and occupy Chinese market quickly. How to establish his appropriate marketing strategy suitable to its own circumstance? It’s a challenge.Small MRO companies are Industrial products trading company who only has a single type of product, limited by capital, product and inventory. The knowledge of the product stretches over several professions, the technical level and overall quality of employee are relatively low and marketing strategy such as marketing channel, enterprise positioning, enterprise image have lots of deficiencies.Based on the above issues, the article presents relevant theories on small MRO companies of our country, market characteristics of MRO products and the current situation and problems of small MRO companies and analyzes the current marketing situation, common problems and internal reasons of small MRO companies of our country. From the perspective of marketing strategies, a series of strategies about marketing channel, customer relationship, market positioning and enterprise image have been taken. Successful case of Shanghai mechanical&electrical corporation of EHSY has proved the feasibility of the above strategies. In the last part, I make a summary of the whole article enforcing the implementation of marketing channel, customer relationship, and market positioning and enterprise image. Only in this way, the company can improve its marketing level and competitive edge as to obtain bigger success and further development.I hope that this article can provide some advice and supports for the development of the small MRO companies on theories and promote the rapid growth of small MRO companies.
