Research On Loan Pricing Of Land Reserve In China

Land resource is scarce, it exists opposition to the growing demand of human. Therefore the land system is important factor related to social stability in most countries of the world. Land resource is taken as a basic industry in our country, and it controlled by Ministry of Land and Resources. With the gradual development of urbanization, the land reserve has become the priority. But there’s no special research on the land reserve loan pricing both at home and abroad. In this paper, the author seized the vacuum areas, analyzed the influential factors system and compared with traditional business loans.This article took RAROC as the basic model after two adjustments. First, the paper expanded factors into a factor system including several dozens. Second, the author changed input datas, used marks instead of direct datas.In the end, according to factor analyze and model design above, put forward relative suggestion. The key object is how to improve benefit without rising loan risk and lowing the benefit of land reserve.
