The tide of the knowledge economy in the world has made enterprises be deeply aware of the importance of human resources, they have increased investment in organizational learning and staff training in order to seek long-term development of themselves. However, compared with the high cost of inputs, the results of the training was not so satisfying. A human resources survey showed that only about10%of the training inputs will be transferred to job performance. In this case, the impact of learning transfer can not be ignored.learning transfer is able to make the acquisition of knowledge and skills transferred to the job, and its importance has got the attention of management scholars, more and more scholars explore in-depth study to the role of the various elements of transfer, such as learning transfer contents, learning transfer climate, learners’personal qualities, etc. Regrettably, the transfer media concerns are less than others about the lack of transfer medium of choice such as the learner, which to so-called the multimedia age is no doubt an embarrassing reality.In the traditional media research areas, media richness theory and social influence theory are more developed. Learning from these two theories within learning transfer context is a useful attempt. This article starts from the organizational learning and learning transfer research, through the media choice theory’s study leads to adverse effects on employees in the organizational learning transfer media choice factors, and empirical research through questionnaire design and survey,to find out the media choice influencing factors behind, and to provide a reference for corporate human resources management.
