Study On Chinese Trust Company’s Efficiency And Its Influence Factors Based On SFA

Trust Company have a unique effect on consummate capital market, abatement the contradiction of supply and demand, optimize resource configure. Presently, the researches of trust industry focus on the measurement of input-output efficiency and nonstandard profit efficiency of trust companies. Consequently, the paper adopt mature methods for the financial institution to study on the efficiency of trust companies, and to find the primary matters, furthermore to stable a proposal of enhancing the efficiency of trust companies.On the basis of reviewing to domestic and foreign literatures about efficiency of financial institutions, this paper choose36trust companies in China as samples, using data in2008-2012for its empirical ananlysis through SFA. In technical efficiency aspect, the empirical results show that the value of overall efficiency is lower. In factors that affect the technical efficiency aspect, the empirical results show that the registered places and quality of staff have significant positive effect on technical efficiencies.Furthermore, some suggestions are made in this paper, we should consummate the corporate governance structure of trust companies, and then we should set up the new profit pattern motive by the innovation, advance the consolidation and acquisitions.Finally, this paper summary conclusions and put forward some recommendations based on the empiracal analysis.
