Non-public economic enterprises are an important part of the power stage ofChina’s socialist market economy.Take a variety of ways to strengthen themanagement of non-public enterprises, private enterprises activate the inherentpotential for steady development of economic and social environment, to solve theemployment problem of people’s livelihood, to stimulate the economic vitality of themarket is of great significance.But now, the non-party organizations in themanagement of public enterprises, but there are many difficulties and problemsarising from the actual results are far from ideal target. On this important subject, theauthor inYueyang city—in Hunan province many honors the winner of the non-publicenterprises party construction work as the research object, conduct research, strivingto explore a more scientific and effective management mechanism in privateenterprises.From the management perspective of party organizations, party organizations inthe management of non-public enterprises is analyzed, an overview of the basicsituation of China’s non-public corporate party organization management, and basedon the new situation in Yueyang City in private enterprises management practice,from multiple levels of theory and practice in private enterprises, such as themanagement of in-depth analysis and discussion pointed out that non-publicenterprises mainly in the management of the main stage, an unknown partyorganizations, party foundation is unclear, full-time staff and insufficient system isnot perfect and organized no activities, events no effect, the work carried outmechanism is imperfect imbalance problems, from thinking and understanding of thespecial nature of non-public enterprises, work force, policies and regulations, anddraw inspiration and ideas from enhancing awareness, improve management,strengthen the system security, etc.The author use statistical survey questionnaire distributed by the manner andmethod of use of the survey, the survey objective and true understanding of the actualsituation of Yueyang in private enterprises management,Use Maslow’s hierarchy ofneeds theory to explain the main part of the non-public enterprises to carry out themanagement of the party organization are not enthusiastic about the reasons to explainthe non-public part of the party to carry out party work with a fair reason for slackingtheory, the use of reinforcement theory to explain how to motivate operators toestablish a sound management in private enterprises working mechanism.
