The rapid development of economy,potentially increased the competition between the company and if you want to in the rapid development of commodity economy,company can make their based on the position, then you have to try every way to improve product quality, reduce costs, improve after-sales service. However,under the pressure of the modern market environment,this traditional strategy cannot help and meet the needs of the company’s growth and development. Under this situation, credit became a kind of effective eye to attract the buyer’s strategy. By providing a discount and the recovery period to the buyer, the company can increase sales revenue, increase market share, and ultimately gain a competitive advantage in the trade. However, credit sale once neglected and effective management decision layer, companies will face the difficulty of overdue accounts receivable.However, the small and medium-sized companies have to face the following circumstances, the accounts receivable management system is not perfect, credit system in China is not perfect, needs to be improved In addition, many managers of small and medium enterprises lack of effective management of the account receivable, management philosophy is single, simple.Some small and medium-sized companies to expand sales, increase market share, blind for credit, resulting in high accounts receivable, the payback period is too long, the serious influence quantity in the management of the liquidity, liquidity difficulties, finally, to enable the company to financial payment crisis. Therefore, to strengthen the management of accounts receivable has become very important, and the corresponding research accounts receivable management is also be imperative.With the enhancement of A company yearly economic strength, constantly expanding the scale, the increase of market share, has brought the sales revenue growth. However, accounts receivable has come one after another, showed a rising trend year by year. And, year on year growth of huge accounts receivable problem is becoming more and more prominent, has become a major problem affecting the company’s development. Therefore, through the analysis of the accounts receivable of the company in A, put forward A company faces the accounts receivable management problems, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the amount.This article through to the domestic and foreign related literatures related to accounts receivable management should be based on the learning, aiming at issues of A company, puts forward the method and strategy management of the receivable account. This paper first makes a brief analysis on A company’s accounts receivable, through the analysis found in the accounts receivable management A company’s current problems, focusing on these issues in-depth study.
