| The workfare is a form of indirect remuneration that the enterprise organization outside of the salary to the worker’s. The worker’s workfare demand situation will directly affect employees work enthusiasm and satisfaction, and then affect the efficiency and market competitiveness of the enterprise organization. In Hubei, state-owned economy has very obvious support of the economy. This study selected150employees of twostate-owned enterprise in Hubei province as the research object, use Herzberg’s two-factor theory and social exchange theory, etc, analysis of the employees work for the state-owned enterprise that workfare demand situation and its influence on job satisfaction. Comprehensive research situation at home and abroad, combined with research interests, this study focus on legal"five plus one"insurance, paid vacation, free training of the workfare. On the basis of research ideas and research framework, the data collection of this study is given priority to with questionnaire survey, semi-structured interviews is complementary.Analytic process of this study, first according to the Herzberg’s two-factor theory that try to do the judge with selected three workfare needs. Later, this research choose10worker individual characteristics as independent variables that including gender, age, cultural degree, marital status, income level, etc.Analyzed influence the worker paid vacation and free training demand factors.The main result of this study:1.State-owned enterprise employee’s job satisfaction in the medium level, performance of the basic satisfaction.2.State-owned enterprise employee’s workfare needs of endowment insurance demand, medical insurance demand, birth insurance demand, unemployment insurance demand, paid vacation demand, free training demand belongs to the care needs.3.In state-owned enterprise that the demand of paid vacation in terms of different marital status, work departments have differences.4.In state-owned enterprise that the number of free training and job satisfaction were positively correlated.5.Ideological and political education of state-owned company worker have different requirements in different gender. |
