In the forest economy development of the state-owned forest farm,the staff and the workers are both the benefiters and the anticipators, yet, most of the staff and workers in the state-owned forest farm did not have a hand in it. therefore, the research on the influential factors of the staff’s behavior and willing has a realistic significance on improving the development of the forest economy and enriching the local people.The paper make a deep analysis in the influential factors of their behavior and willing to develop the forest economy, which is based on the senior’s research and theoretical study, the question investigation towards the staff and workers,the descriptive statistical analysis and the econometric analysis.From the paper,we know that the behaviour of the staff and workers in the forest farm is mainly influenced by five factors:the awareness towards the forest economy,the forest economy training.the family income,the education and the sexual distinction.The willing of them is mainly influenced by four elements:the awareness towards the forest economy,the numbers of the family labor,the support from the company and the forest economy training.Together with the result,we have put forward lots of advice about advancing the development of forest economy of the forest farm.
