The Study Of Foreign IT Enterprise Strategic Cost Management Based On Shank Mode Perspective

The thesis were compared and analyzed main mode of strategic cost management firstly, proves Shank mode is suitable for IT companies, and then carry out research on T’s case in strategic cost management.In the case study, many theories has been used include competitive strategy theory, value chain theory and strategic cost management theory. I have used the SWOT tool to analyze enterprise competitive strategy of the company, use value chain analysis tool to do the external value chain analysis and the internal value chain analysis, use cost driver analysis methods for enterprises to improve cost management analysis. Through these analyses, found problems of that company in the practice process of strategic cost management, and then provide the corresponding solution suggestions and comments in order to help enterprise to promote the formation of competitive advantage and continue to reduce the cost, so as to further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
