Evaluation Research Of Bulky Cargo Transportation Of Grid Companies

With the implementation of UHV power grid planning and large power transmissionin our country, there are more and more bulky cargo transportation projects in power grid enterprises.These giant equipments need to be transported from the factory to the substation through long distance.Limited by various conditions of transportation, UHV bulk power transportation involving wide and complex processes, high operational risk, operational difficulties, is the very key of UHV power grid construction projects.Based on the extensive reading of relevant information at home and abroad, combined with the knowledge, using the method of system science, studying on bulky cargo transportation characteristics in the power grid enterprises in detail, aims at providing a theoretical basis and technical support for the development of bulky cargo transportation programs in power grid enterprises.Based on the full investigation and research on the planning and scheme of cargo trasportation indomestic power companies, according to the functional orientation and needs in power grid enterprises, through comprehensive analysis, induction and research comparison, determines the decision factors of cargo transportation program evaluation in power grid enterprises, namely, project coordination, business coordination, technical implementation and comprehensive utility. Thus using the general principles of the Analytic Hierarchy Process, establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of cargo transportation in grid enterprises, by four criteria, the indicators of16classes model, determines quantitative of weight index and qualitative index by using AHP and the optimal grid enterprises Bulky cargo transportation solutions through Linear weighted sum method, and taking±800kV converter station in west of Zhejiang as an example, analyzing by using of cargo transportation scheme evaluation model.This paper based on the relevant rules of bulky cargo transportation and transportation organization theories, using the method of theoretical analysis, has achieved the fully the full combination of theoretical research and practical application.
