As financial futures launched in the market, Chinese futures industry is facing arare opportunity for development. How to deal with the challenges of the futuresindustry environment change is the topic that each futures company should think.Futures companies in our country has gone through20years of development, while sofar the development of the futures company is not satisfied. The majority of the futurescompany is small, weak to resist risk, less customer base, does not form the corecompetitiveness. The emergence of this situation is related with the futures company’soperational management. Therefore, the assignment discusses about the presentsituation of Chinese futures companies’ operation model and disadvantages, combineduse of empirical analysis and normative analysis, analyze the present situation andexisting problems of futures companies operating mode, and gives the correspondingcountermeasures.In this paper, the research content can be divided into six chapters. The first chapteris introduction, mainly for the purpose of this study and the research significance andthe related research both at home and abroad are summarized. The second chapterintroduces the theoretical foundation, operational management mainly includes theoperation management mode, the core competence theory, and human resources relatedtheory. The third chapter discussed and concluded for the development of Chinesefutures companies and the analysis of the development environment analysis summary.The fourth chapter mainly discussed the current situation of the futures company’soperation management of our country and the analysis of existing problems, and that isthe focus of this article. The study found that at present Chinese futures companies inseveral aspects of the operation management have some problems, such as customerorientation brand affinity, lacks of brand construction, lacks of business innovation, andso on. The fifth chapter summaries some suggestions about the futures company’soperating management way of adjustment, including repositioning customer customers,increased investment in human capital, to build the company brand and so on. At lastpart summaries the paper research conclusion, innovation and deficiency. The main conclusions of the paper are as follows: firstly, based on financial futuresvarieties innovation and the change of supervision departments to mixed operationattitude background, it raises the market segmentation strategy which is based on theFutures Companies target customer group; secondly, combined with the FuturesCompany’s advantages and location, it points out the differential development strategy;finally, in order to build the core competitiveness of Futures Company, it shouldimprove the level of corporate governance, improve the ownership structure, establishnew financial cooperation.
