| Listed commercial banks in China are the pillar of our financial system. Fully openenvironment brings pressure also created opportunities to China’s listed commercial banks. Tomake the listed commercial banks of China bigger and stronger has become the consensus ofgovernment and bank leaders.To achieve this goal we must improve the listed commercial banksin China’s development and utilization of resources and the ability to allocate theresources.Listed commercial banks in China is more and more aware of the importance ofresources and competitive advantages. Financial control is one of the most important aspects ofthe internal control.It is the only way to enhance the level of bank operation and management.This paper discusses the resource based theory, competitive advantage theory and the theoryof corporate governance and briefly reviews the listed commercial Banks in China’s the generalform of financial control.In this paper, according to the theory and the bank actually businessbuilds the listed commercial bank financial control concept model which is based on the resourceperspective. Further to analyze the relationship between development of strategic resources, theallocation of resources, and the effective utilization of resources and competitiveadvantage.Through a financial perspective to study the operation of the this model to analyze therole of financial control in every link of competitive advantage to foster.In this paper, the authorbased on the concept model of financial control propose our country listed some specificmethods for commercial Banks in the financial control.In order to realize the resources andcompetitive advantage the listed commercial banks in China must increase emphasis on financialcontrol.With minsheng bank, as a case to illustrate the connection of financial control and theadvantage of resources.Therefore listed commercial banks in China should take competitiveadvantage as the guidance and do a good job in financial control. |
