The second national land survey is coming to a successfulclose.Theresult will play an important role in land management, macro-regulation and thenational economy. With the land change survey task increasing, requirement changingto a higher standard and methods strengthening, the tight time and the heavy task are themajor issues to be resolved for current land survey. The R&D is based on automatic identification technology in databaseintegration. The technology integrates quick multiple data collection techniques, landsurvey information collection techniques, dynamically updated database intelligence,the county-to-city data reporting and Concurrent short-cycle technology, datapublishing and sharing application services technology. We developed innovation dynamic change management mechanism to protect true data report. Then, takeChengDu for example, we carried out the applied research of Land use information andthe dynamic change which based on3S technology in actual work, and achieved thetarget of "one map with multi-purpose" on land use information’s, as well, analyzed theresults on the changes.
