After the opening up of China’s gold market in2001, gold investment enthusiasmof our people as the international gold prices hit record highs and rising. The domesticgold investment companies to expand in business but also exposed many problems.China’s gold investment enterprises will face more intense competitions and challengesespecially after the introduction of foreign capital to enter the domestic market in2008.Although we have developed the risk management for many years and also made someachievements, there is still a clear gap between the western countries. Therefore, thestrengthening the risk management establishment is not only a forefront problem of theurgent need, but also provides a basic theory of the sustainable development of China’sgold market.The paper is based on the domestic gold market. By the instrumentality ofintegrating theory with practice, it analyzes some core issues of the gold investmentsuch as the management of major risk, the establishment of the risk management system.Currently these issues are commonly exist and the urgent solution in the market, thispaper culminates the current market environment with the actual investment agency,gives a feasibility proposal, to promote the professional development of the goldinvestment enterprises.In this paper, I analyzed the internal&external environment of G Gold Investment,found the main problems of its risks at the present stage. Based on the conclusion, Iproposed the way to improve the risk management system for G Gold Investment.
