Today’s world has got into the era of the creative economy which depends on one’sinnovation and creativity, through the creative power to improve enterprise performanceis the fundamental guarantee of enterprise long-term development. Individual creativityand wisdom talent is the most precious resources of enterprise, entrepreneurs as theleading of the enterprise is the main force of leading enterprises to develop. Explore theeffects and mechanism of entrepreneurial creative capital on business performancecould deepen the study of enterprise performance, and promote the development of thenational innovation management and creative economy.Creative capital as the key element of economic development is of muchpracticality. Its studies become multi-interdisciplinary fields among which variousresearchers do their jobs from management, economy, culture, society and artificialintelligence and other disciplines, but does not have a profound understanding of theconcept. This paper attempts to conduct a comprehensive interpretation and elaborationof the creative capital and entrepreneur’s creative capital, and intends to explore theentrepreneurial creative capital, innovation behavior and its structure, characteristics,interrelation, sets up concept model of entrepreneurial creative capital, innovationbehavior and enterprise performance. Secondly, based on the theoretical conception,and the research results of domestic and foreign scholars and team research results, thispaper develops the entrepreneurial creative capital measurement questionnaire, whichhas good reliability and validity, the creative capital of the entrepreneurs were tested;reviews the relation between creative capital, innovation behavior and enterpriseperformance, to clarify the contains links of the network and its working mechanism.Finally, This paper puts forwards countermeasures aim at enhance creative capital,thereby filling the blank of creative capital and enterprise performance. in the hope thatthis study finds a way to help companies innovate, strengthen the training andmotivating of entrepreneurs creative capital.
