Yongnian Cycle Agriculture Development Model Studies

Yongnian after30years of reform and opening up, agricultural development has obtained certainachievement. But agriculture is still the weakest link in the county economy, agricultural development ismore and more prominent, the agricultural infrastructure is weak, the agricultural development pattern,and therefore the resources waste, ecological destruction and environmental pollution is becoming moreand more serious. The county agricultural development of the situation is an urgent need to carrying outa research into the problems of agricultural sustainable development. Circular agriculture is thecirculation of agricultural production mode and is in line with the economic concept of sustainabledevelopment of the new pattern of agricultural production. This study aims to explore the best mode ofyongnian cycle agriculture development, put forward the overall train of thought on the development ofcircular agriculture and county development countermeasure, fostering the healthy and sustainabledevelopment of county economy.This article first to the domestic and foreign existing circular agriculture development model forcomparative analysis, the characteristics and advantages of the various patterns. Then according to thedifferent planting patterns, based on the unit to yongnian facility agriculture villages and towns, and theagricultural environmental quality in each zone are analyzed, and then compares various type ofpollution situation and the actual situation of agricultural development, on the basis of the principle ofchoosing the mode choice district circulation best pattern of agricultural development, yongnian cycleagricultural development safeguard measures were put forward. The main results were as follows:1, according to the planting patterns, the yongnian is divided into three agricultural facility: collectingthe town, township, west township, Liu Ying su, Liu Han township, speak Wu Xiang, forms a shoptownship, north town, wang song devoted to township, xixiang, west fort town, xin zhuang BaoXiang,little dragon horse township, township east Yang Zhuang13villages and towns, as the grain production;Small west BaoXiang, guang fu town township, south along the village, yao village, xihe villagetownship five township for vegetable production area; Forever will town, west township manufactory,two towns for small grains production area.2, the agricultural industrial chain extension is the first choice of three agricultural regions. Yongnianthree agricultural regions are farmers dispersed management mode of production, agricultural productquality is uneven, and the contradiction between big market, big circulation more and more obvious,production and market demand of farmers out of line, high and low prices, benefit is unstable. And theagricultural industrial chain extension is depends on the region’s dominant and characteristic agriculturalproducts, with the method of combination of enterprises and the base, to the company+base+farmersand agricultural professional cooperatives+base+farmers as the main form, the form of agricultural production, harvesting,transportation and sales process, such as one-stop industrial chain mode. The model to adapt to theneeds of the big market, big circulation, in accordance with the "prenatal find order, during the training,after catching the market", to the economic interests of the mechanism, the former home of thousands ofhouseholds after the small-scale production and big market, big circulation link up organically.3, agricultural resources reduction, agricultural waste recycling mode is the key of the three agriculturalmode choice. Yongnian three agriculture, especially in vegetable production areas, with highconsumption, high pollution mode of production to maintain growth, mu fertilizer amount about300kilograms, mu of pesticide application around2kg, a large amount of chemical fertilizers pesticides notonly cause the waste of resources, quality decline of vegetables to eat, but also caused the deteriorationof soil environment and non-point source pollution. Grain production areas and the western small grainsregion fertilizer applying pesticide content is relatively low, but to rational utilization of crop straw ifnot will cause serious environmental pollution. The vegetable production areas to choose agriculturalresources reduction model is a key, grain production areas, and small grains region selection of strawrecycle mode is the key.4, yongnian cycle agricultural development safeguard measures are put forward. Circular agriculture isa kind of new economic development model, its development can’t depart from the support of thegovernment, capital, technology and system security, this paper is to protect health yongnian circulationof agricultural sustainable development as the starting point, from the aspects of organization, capital,technology and system, set up corresponding guarantee measures.
