Study On Industrial Clusters Construction Of Fujian Province Based On AIC’s Big Data

In recent years, industrial clusters are showing vigorous development and great vitality, they have become a great power to promote the development of regional economy. In order to guide and promote the development of industrial clusters continuable and healthy, local governments have introduced a series of industrial clusters policies. However,"dilemmatic" or "multi-difficult" problems often occurred due to the lack of data support in the process of the development of industrial clusters. Because of the important position and role of the theories of Industry clusters to promoting regional economy development, this thesis briefly introduced the concepts, basic theories and the history of industrial clusters in Fujian Province, discussed the application foundation and the application value of AIC’s Big Data (Administration for Industry&Commerce). The development situation of textile and chemical fiber industry clusters, the survival status of enterprises and the variation of leading force were studied by using the method of mass data mining and analysis based on Fujian AIC’s Big Data.The positive analysis results showed that three industry clusters, Changle, Jinjiang and Shishi industry clusters have been formed in Fujian textile and chemical fiber industry. Textile and chemical fiber industries in Yongan City, Youxi County, Changting County have formed the good foundation of industry clusters. Industry clusters can help enterprises to improve their survival ability, to postpone the arrival of death peaks, so as can help them to improve their survival rates.The results showed that the leading force of each industrial cluster has changed in recent years by comparative analysis of ownership structures in these three industrial clusters, Changle, Jinjiang and Shishi industrial clusters. These common characteristics could be summarized as:1) the proportion of foreign-invested enterprises are continued to decline,2) the roles of promotion of the private enterprises are more and more obvious and3) the state-owned and state holding enterprises are playing little roles of promotion nowadays.Finally, how to promote the construction of Fujian industrial clusters by utilization the mass industrial and commercial data is discussed; some countermeasures and suggestions are presented, such as,1) should pay attention to the "Big Data" thought;2) making industrial clusters decisions should base on scientific data;3) should promote the data resources open and shared;4) should adjust policies timely and5) guide the public invest intellectually.
