With the development of information technology, the role of e-commerce in enterprise development has gradually come out. E-commerce provides for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises fair competition platform, brought economic benefits to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Especially small and medium-sized enterprises (smes) in economic development, raise taxes, placement employment and active market, and promote social stability has played a more and more important role, has gradually become the main body of the revitalization of the economy. Informatization development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the modern enterprise is becoming more and more mature, to raise the level of informatization become the sufficient condition of the success of small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprise development electronic commerce is the important strategy capable of sustained, rapid and healthy development.In this article, through reading a large number of related literature at home and abroad, summed up the small and medium-sized enterprise electronic commerce development present situation at home and abroad, analysis of characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprise electronic commerce application in different fields. Based on small and medium-sized enterprise electronic commerce development present situation, adopts the method of questionnaire survey, using SPSS statistical software for effective questionnaire data statistics and data analysis, using the method of frequency analysis of small and medium-sized enterprise electronic commerce development present situation, small and medium-sized enterprises to develop e-commerce pathway of reason, small and medium-sized enterprise electronic commerce implementation key points are analyzed, find out the key points on the implementation of pathways. Using the multiple cross analysis corresponding to the operation mode of the small and medium-sized enterprises to select and enterprise itself condition analysis, choose the suitable for their own e-business pattern:service outsourcing model, industry collaborative model, a multipoint service model. Then, respectively, for small and medium-sized enterprise electronic commerce pathways for the system research and implementation of the five key points of design of small and medium-sized enterprise electronic commerce path model. Finally puts forward countermeasures from four aspects to ensure the implementation of the small and medium-sized enterprise electronic commerce pathways.
