If the combined to observe the degree of inequality of urban and rural residents, the gini coefficient of each period is on the rise, it shows that the income gap between rural and urban areas is still in continue to expand the trend.Guangxi is China’s largest and most populous ethnic minority gathered area, since China’s reform and opening up, rapid economic development in guangxi, especially China-asean free trade area, and the implementation of the national strategy of the beibu gulf economic zone in guangxi obvious achievements have been made in the economic construction and rapid development, per capita income has greatly improved. However, accompany with rapid development of the outstanding problems is also is the widening of income gap. Guangxi population’s ethnic composition is relatively complex, big income gap between urban and rural areas not only affects the effectiveness and sustainability of regional economic development, and will become the underlying causes of social instability. Narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas, must cause the great attention of the society from all walks of life. Based on the above background and highlight the problem, this thesis aimed to guangxi financial credit of the influence of income gap as the breakthrough point, from the perspective of the theory and empirical analysis.The current urban and rural income inequality in the area, there are many reasons for the problems of large income gap, is comprehensive, complexity and historical origin. Many scholars from the income distribution system, industry monopoly, fiscal and tax system and the gray and illegal income, and so on discusses the reasons for the formation of urban and rural income gap is too large, the effects of financial factors on the urban and rural residents income gap which cannot be ignored.The impact of financial factors on the income gap is mutiple level. This article first obtains from the analysis of the existing research literature review at home and abroad, analyzed the impact of financial development main channel and the way of the income gap, and financial development affects the countermeasures and Suggestions of the income gap, and on this basis discusses the financial credit and the action mechanism between urban and rural income gap; Second, the expenditure of urban and rural residents’ consumption from guangxi, than the income of urban and rural residents in guangxi, guangxi transverse comparison of urban and rural residents income gap with other provinces, guangxi in14cities as comparing the income gap between urban and rural areas, in guangxi district industry income gap situation angles has carried on the comparative analysis about the present situation of the income gap between urban and rural areas in guangxi. Then, through the establishment of guangxi regional financial credit index system and index of the income gap between urban and rural areas in guangxi to carry out the empirical test of the VAR model, it is concluded that the financial credit level development and long-term cointegration relationship between the income gap between urban and rural areas, the credit scale, the rural loan ratio have negative correlation relationship with the income gap between urban and rural areas, the efficiency of credit and GDP per capita has positive correlation with the income gap between urban and rural areas. Guangxi the expansion of credit and the rise of rural loan ratio can effectively narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas, improving the efficiency of the credit and the increase of per capita income will enlarge the income gap between urban and rural areas; Finally, on the basis of empirical puts forward the regulation policy Suggestions on urban and rural residents income gap. These Suggestions include:developing rural finance, establishing diversified rural financial system; Strengthen the financial credit support for agriculture and farmers. Encourage credit flows to the rural infrastructure construction; Perfect rural social security system. |
