A Comparative Study On Competitive Of Commercial Banks In China And Mongolia

The study of the competitiveness of enterprises is one of the core issues in the field of strategic management. From a global perspective, as an important class of financial companies the commercial banks, related to the national economy of a country, play an important role in the economic development and social stability. In the rapid development of the world economy and financial background network of commercial banks in some developing countries are facing new opportunities and challenges, the study of the level of competitiveness and systems with greater theoretical and practical significance. China and Mongolia, the two larger of the two most Asian economies, in addition to bordering on the location of the two countries in the economic, social culture has a very close relationship, which for the two commercial banks to provide a comparison of competitiveness research base; however, affected by history, policy, international environmental and other factors, the two commercial banks in the process of development and face different difficulties, comparative study of the competitiveness of the two commercial banks to guide the development of bilateral commercial banks, raise the level of competitiveness of great significance.In this paper, the constituent elements of the competitiveness of commercial banks, the factors affecting the competitiveness of commercial banks and research competitiveness of commercial banks in Mongolia do a literature review and summary. On this basis, the paper draw on research in the field of strategic management SWOT analysis model classic model of commercial banks in China and Mongolia strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges were analyzed between the two countries were compared for each element, studies show that two State commercial banks are facing increased competition, weak risk control and other issues, while the Mongolian commercial banks have Chinese commercial banks do not have a strong operating flexibility, rapid economic growth and other advantages, but in the maintenance of client resources and associated policies need to learn Chinese experience. Based on the SWOT analysis, this paper summarized the literature review elements of competitiveness of commercial banks to commercial banks in China and Mongolia are analyzed, and as a basis to provide the optimal management structure to enhance the competitiveness of commercial banks in Mongolia, a reasonable strategy positioning, enhance innovation capability proposals.
