The Research On Financial Strategy Of Guangdong Golden Glass Technologies Limited

With the rapid development of social economy, the ordinary flat glass for thesole use of lighting and shelter from the storms can no longer meet the ever highermultiple requirements of the civil, industrial, science and technology and nationaldefense sectors. Vigorously developing the in-depth processing of glass has alreadybecome a major trend in the development of the glass industry both at home andabroad. To achieve rapid development, strengthen competing advantages andcomprehensively enhance their performance, more and more enterprises have paidattention to financial strategies, hoping to ensure a smooth achievement of thestrategic goal of the enterprise by effectively managing their financial strategies. Inpractice, the management of enterprise financial strategies should not only em bodythe principles and requirements of the strategic management of enterprise, plan thefinancial behaviors of the enterprise from the angle of strategic management andmake it in line with the overall strategy of the enterprise, but also comply with thebasic laws of financial activities of an enterprise. In this thesis, the author hasconducted a monographic research on the financial strategy based on the life cycletheory of enterprise, generate the financial strategy of the company according to theactual conditions of Guangdong Golden Glass Technology Limited and meanwhilealso hopes to provide some references for similar enterprises and the industry ofin-depth processing of glass.This thesis consists of four parts. In the first part, the author has generalized thebackground and significance of the research on company financial strategy,introduced the financial strategy theory and the life cycle theory, and fixed thethought track and method of research in this dissertation. In the second part, theauthor has narrated the status quo and existing problems in the financial strategy ofGuangdong Golden Glass Technology Limited. In the third part, in response to theproblems above, the author has set financial strategy of the company. In the fourthpart, the author has demonstrated the implementation and safeguarding measures ofcompany financial strategy and makes evaluation.Starting from relevant theories of financial strategy and on the basis of relevanttheories of enterprise life cycle, the author has analyzed the interior and exteriorenvironment of Guangdong Golden Glass Technology Limited, unveiled the existing problems in the financial strategy of this company, and set corresponding financialstrategy for it: In the aspect of financing strategy, since the enterprise is in a period ofrapid development, the operating risks are relatively low, the company should makereasonable use of the financial leverage and optimize the capital structure; in theaspect of investment strategy, in response to the sales slump of photovoltaic glasswhich is one of the major businesses of the company, the company should adopt astrategy of diversification and establish the investigation and evaluation mechanismfor project; in the aspect of profit distribution, since the rapid development of thecompany needs a substantial amount of money, the company should use low regulardividend plus extra dividend policy in order to better development, and improveincentive mechanism etc.
