| Nowadays our country real estate, municipal comprehensive enterprise group more and more inevitable, these enterprise groups operating in the development process there are some problems, such as enterprise cross regional management, investment holding, dealing with the relationship between parent and subsidiary company control etc. In this paper, based on real estate and municipal industry, China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co., Ltd as an example, a detailed analysis of the financial management and control in CSSD Group, the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding settlement measures.This paper first introduces the content and method of the research background and significance, the research of the theories and research about the enterprise; second on the stage and the simply summarized, and briefly discusses the role and the characteristics of enterprise group financial control. The third part of the article is mainly on the financial control system of enterprise group is analyzed, including the group’s financial control content, means and management mode, to make theoretical groundwork for the presentation. This paper focuses on the fourth part and the fifth part, focuses on the analysis of the financial control present situation and existing problems in CSSD, and from the long-term perspective combining group practice, put forward a series of measures and auxiliary measures. Finally, the article makes a general statement. |
