Exploring and development the individual financing business development mode takes significant role for commercial Banks. Under the backdrop of the marketization of interest rate, a certain scale operation of the excellent commercial banks’financing business will be conducive to the transformation of business model to more comprehensive and intensive. It will help to promote the financial market integration and financial innovation. In the present situation, the domestic commercial Banks in terms of the personal finance business should let professionals of finance tailored a more complex and personalized comprehensive financial service to customers. The purpose of financial management is not only sale products or get higher retains in a short-term.Compared with foreign countries in the area of the personal financial management business, our country is still in the initial stage. The homogeneity of financial product is serious. The financial management service level is still quite low. The financial risk is not fully revealed and the comprehensive financial service level is still low with big amounts of problems. Under the backdrop of this situation, the essay will elaborate from the angle of the value of individual customers and market segmentation perspective to explore the new mode of the development of personal financial business of commercial banks. Take the HFGS bank’s individual financing business as examples. Take the individual customer demands as the basis to analysis the theory and make strategies.The essay is divided into six parts. First of all, by using the literature research method to explore the domestic and foreign relevant theories in the field of personal finance and generalizes the research achievement, determined the focus of the analysis and the framework of the logic of the essay. Second, the theory of economics, management related to the personal finance has been reviewed. Defined the definition and content of personal finance business and compared the characteristics of the current commercial banks. The third part of the paper begin with the client’s financial value and the ability of customers to bear the risk, focusing on individual customers’ financial needs in different life stages analyses the relationship between customer’s ability to bear objective investment risk and subjective risk attitudes. The fourth part analyses the current situation of HFGS bank’s individual financing business and points out the existed problems on which to puts forward the personal financial services development strategies. In the end of the essay analysis the process of financial services processes according to the analysis of two typical cases.
