As an exemplary district of the construction of "two-oriented" society in China and with the expansion of the city, there is a huge change in methodology and structure of using land in Chang-Zhu-Tan district, which cause numerous serious environmental problems. How to use land resources sustainably and effectively, then to tackle the environmental deterioration issue at the same time become imperative which we should address it soon. Obviously it has theoretical and practical significance of exploring the relationship between change of using land and ecological risk under this background,.Chang-Zhu-Tan is choose as the study in his paper, then according to reference the relevant data of type of urban development land and some indicators of affecting city from1999to2011in Chang-Zhu-Tan, by using the data envelopment analysis (DEA) model to estimate ecological risk underlying land usage and selecting the corresponding social and economical measurement, then building a structural equation model (SEM), it aims at conducting correlation analysis on Affecting factors of the change on ecological risk of land use in Chang-Zhu-Tan district. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From the qualitative perspective, the major cause of the change on ecological environment is the change of type on land usage, especially effluent, exhaust gases, waste material and noise of construction land which affected ecological risks.(2)From the perspective of quantitative analysis, there is an evident timing characteristic in the ecological risk value of Chang-Zhu-Tan district. And furthermore, it is a fluctuating tendency on ecological risk in Chang-Zhu-Tan district before2005clearly, the maximum is0.736in2000,after that, it decreased year after year until it reached the minimum, which is0.328in2011.These means that the integration of city, land resource usage and improvement on coordination of ecological environment have narrowed the gap between change of land usage and ecological risks.(3)In order to analyze the influence factors of ecological risk on land utilization, The GDP, Year-end Population, total fixed assets investment and energy consumption are choose as the influence factors in ecological risk of Chang-Zhu-Tan district, then building a structural equation model (SEM) method to analyze, We can draw a conclusion that Year-end Population and total fixed assets investment are the main factor of ecological risk in Chang-Zhu-Tan district. This conclusion can be a policy guidance on land usage in Chang-Zhu-Tan district, as a matter of course, it benefits coordinated development of land use and ecological environment in Chang-Zhu-Tan district.
