The Research On Construction Of Management Consul Service In Accounting Firms

With promoting reform and opening up, increasingly elevating the scale of Chinese corporates, gradually growing businesses, managerial methods fail to meet the demands of corporates’ development. as a result, a large number of corporates are eager to request certain institutions providing their services related to management-related counsel in order to reach the increasing managerial demands. Comparison with eastern countries, counsel area of business management in China is still in the middle of development in the view of non-regulation and less competitive counsel market. There are a majority of counsel companies in management counsel market--such the top notch as Accenture、 McKinsey、Capgemin、Boston and local medium counsel companies.In spite of the fact that accounting firms have been operating in management counsel market, some problems, as incomplete laws and regulation, incompetent counsel employees, and unsatisfied complaints from customers, are existed. So, accounting firms in China should consider about the way to fully explore their potential to enhance their competence in managerial counsel businesses.this thesis integrates management counsel service with accounting firms, building indication system of management counsel service in Chines accounting firms. First, this thesis describes background and purpose of the research, brief conclusion of abstracts from in to abroad, and reviews the theories related to management counsel service; then, by comparing with accounting firms from in to abroad, management counsel service was statistically processed and analogized, finding the gap of management sounsel service in the researched accounting firms. Furthermore, based on the results of researches, data gathered from the questionaries and internet have processed in this way of the main ingredients, from which the main influential elements of management counsel service in Chinese accounting firms could be received and indication system of management counsel service could be built.the empirical analysis shows a list of four main factors-employee’s competence, customer satisfaction, working atmosphere and independence-to affect management counsel service in the accounting firms, from which the employee’s competence ranks first in the list. In the final of this thesis, a rank of factors is owed to former40ones of accounting firms ranks in2013.Combining the research results with the condition of the accounting firms in China, the thesis gives rise to relevant suggestions and measures, explain the innovations and back-draws of researches as well.
