| Credit guarantee institutions are an important part of China’s credit guarantee system, by supporting the development of SME with credit loan. They play an important role in the economic and social development. Risk management is the key point for the sustainable development of credit guarantee institutions. Therefore, the study of risk management plays a positive role in promoting the development of credit guarantee institutions and credit guarantee system construction.This thesis analyses the risk management of SME’s credit guarantee Co., Ltd. of Miluo and some practical experience of foieigu ciedit guarantee institutions in U.S.A and Japan, and offers relevant solutions. Firstly, this thesis starts from the basic concepts of credit, credit guarantee and credit guarantee institutions, introduces economic and risk management theory on credit guarantee. Secondly, the thesis overviews the basic situation of SME’s credit guarantee Co., Ltd. of Miluo, including the risk management system and the classification of the risks in this company. By analyzing the internal risk control processes, the problems of risk management in this company will be summarized. Finally, considering risk management practices and experience of the credit guarantee institutions in U.S.A and Japan, solutions for the problems in the risk management of SME’s credit guarantee Co., Ltd. of Miluo will be provided, Including optimizing a new credit evaluation criterion and a dynamic monitoring system of security projects, choosing flexible new measures for counter-guarantee. From the perspectives of internal corporate governance structure, risk management culture and internal incentive and restraint mechanisms, three measures will be proposed to ensure the implement of the above mentioned solutions.This research will promote the improvement of the internal risk management of SME’s credit guarantee Co., Ltd. of Miluo, and also will be for the reference of other credit guarantee institutions on risk management. |
