With the development of information technology, the advent of knowledge economy, the traditional market structure, economic model have an undergone tremendous change. In decades, The traditional organization of commercial banks are developing form to the "flat","spider", the "inverted Pyramid" and other forms of development. At the same time, the commercial bank marketing concept and mode also tend to be more humane, more emphasis on customer service, customer relationship management has been applied widely, the marketing channel is more dependent on the network. These changes are brought about the effectiveness of informatization of commercial banks. But the in-depth information, brought about the rapid expansion of data, bank industry into the "data" era, in the information-based level of similar circumstances, more is the test of the commercial bank’s information ability. Higher information capacity, brings is not only the performance gains, and risk control, the stable customer resources and so on. From the development of now, the banking industry is the certain information capacity, but many banks for its shortage is still not clear, for training and improving the ability of information is not just as one wishes. The financial crisis of2008has ushered in new challenges, commercial banks. Commercial banks must improve their information capacity, promote the innovation of the products in response to the crisis. But the Commercial Bank of our country at present product innovation ability is insufficient, a lot of problems in product innovation has become an obstacle to the development of commercial banks. Big data era, bring new opportunities for commercial banks. Commercial bank’s information ability greatly improved, will change the traditional commercial banking business format, to promote the development of service innovation of commercial bank products. Study on the age of big data banks of information capacity and product innovation, analysis of the impact of information capacity of commercial banks on product innovation, find the existing problems of commercial bank is now the information ability and the innovation, can be targeted to improve the commercial bank’s information capacity and product innovation level, so as to enhance its competitiveness.Firstly, background of environmental data at present, commercial banks are facing is analyzed, and then review the basic theory of knowledge information capacity of commercial banks and related to product innovation, analysis of the impact of the information ability of commercial banks, and then select the commercial bank information capacity index and product innovation index based on expert evaluation score, by investigating the effect of collection data on the index information ability index of commercial banks on product innovation of empirical analysis, finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, proposed to increase the information capacity of commercial banks, to promote a new product related countermeasures.
