Discussion For The Improvement Of Management Information System In CF Guaranty Company

CF Guarantee Company was established in1998, which is the first enterprise of real estate guarantee in China with a leading position in the market. In recent years, several policies have made by our government to maintain the stability of real estate market; whereas the potential risks of mortgage loans are also increasing. During this period CF Guarantee Company has experienced more than ten years high speed development, but the incomplete regulation framework and risk management restrict its further development. Hence, it is highly necessary to improve the internal risk management system so as to meet the requirement of mortgage market; and this paper will focus on this problem and deeply discuss the relevant issues.With the development of modern technology, the information technology has become an important tool that the company can use it to achieve the market superiority, and to handle the internal environment. Particularly, the Management Information System, which is an important tool that can improve the management efficiency and keep the maintenance of company operation. The Management Information System is an efficient tool, in which computer can process the database and provide the valuable information for management team, so that it can improve the working efficiency, liberate the workforce and optimize the management, and finally improve the company’s efficiency and market competitiveness. While the management information system-is-taken by the company is unsuitable and outdated, this may lead to overload of staff. Especially, the data is out of date or even wrong, the decision made by it will bring the loss to the company.CF Guarantee Company is a typical financial service provider and its products, with the virtual features, are more suitable to be manipulated by information technology or management information system. Management Information System has become as a significant part of CF Guarantee Company’s daily operation and marketing development. With the changes of the internal and external environment, the management information system has not met the requirement of development and needs a further needing improvement. Firstly, this paper analyzes the Management Information System running by CF Guarantee Company to excavating its shortages, current problems and potential risks. Based on the findings, the paper will use the internal structure of information system (Planning and Organizing, Acquisition and Implementation, Deliver and Support, Supervision and Evaluation) to discuss the plan of improvement, and to do the evaluation of risks and research of feasibility. Meanwhile, the paper will also propose a series of measures to optimize Information System of CF Guarantee Company so as to guarantee the stability of Management Information System. Finally, the paper provides certain criterions and solutions that can be used for the evaluation and monitoring of the information system of CF Guarantee Company before or after the launching. Aside from the monitoring and evaluation of the management information system, it also provides the information database to make sure the efficiency of information technology. The paper will follow the rules of problem finding, parsing problems, and problem solving to analyze the Management Information System of CF Guarantee Company and give some suggestions for its improvement.
