With the development of globalization, enterprises face more and more challenges ofinternational competition. The strength of enterprises’ core competence is no longer confinedto a single element such as product, technology and personnel, or strategy, marketing, andorganizational management. Now, the key to leverage competitive competence of enterpriserefers to the synergy and integration of strategic position, customer market, organizaitonmanagement, profit model, product and market, the competition of business model becomesthe core of sustainable development of enterprise.This paper discusses the elements and management strategy of Chinese enterprise’sbusiness model on the basis of Ningbo FP Company under the existing research. This paperfirst introduces the research background, proposes the research question, research roadmap,and research method. Then, according to the existing research, this paper discusses the basicconnotation, type, composed elements, framwork, and evolution of element of research onbusiness model, and determines the research framwork of this paper’s business model whichis composed of strategy position, supplier and channel, business systems, product and service,customer, and profit model.Then, on basis of Ningbo FP Company which is focusing on AutoParts Import&Export, this paper analyzes six dimensions of business model in-detail. At last,combining with the weakness of current business model of Ningbo FP Company, this paperproposes improving strategies.Under the discussion, this paper gets conclusions:1.strategy position, supplier andchannel, business systems, product and service, customer, and profit model compose the basicelements of business model analysis, which is a good reference of research and practice ofbusiness model;2. Ningbo FP Company is lack of systematic design of business model, theanalysis and improving strategy of six dimension is important to the competence leveragingof company’s competition.
