This paper research the Ningbo INTIME department store’s customer loyalty based on theinvestigation on the development in Ningbo INTIME department store, and reference abundantof related theories on problems of customer loyalty management.In the paper,by introduce the current situation of Ningbo INTIME department store andreference relative theory result,the test questionnaire about customer loyalty was established.Thorough the investigate and date analysis, we found that Ningbo INTIME department store’scustomer loyalty situation is well, but still exist some problems like sense of customer’s pride andrelationship marketing wasn’t doing well. On the base of reference other’s research, the paperestablish a five factors driving model, which is about customer loyalty. And this paper designed aquestionnaire about driving factors of Ningbo INTIME department store’s customer loyalty. By thedate analysis, we found that Ningbo INTIME department store’s customer loyalty problem haverelationship marketing isn’t doing well, the quality of after-sales service and commodities isn’tgood According to the existing problems,the paper put forward some suggestion about how toenhance the customer loyalty, like enhance the service quality, loyalty degree, corporate image,customer’s value and relation marketing, and research the organizational, resource support and theprobably problems in the future.
