However, with the changes in the national economysupport policies and national for land and resources to further standardize, ourinvestment work in various areas is facing new opportunities and challenges. How toget out of the investment environment negative impact brought by the homogenization,Giving full play to the regional comparative advantage for investment promotion, howto avoid the vicious competition in attracting investment, how to increase efficiency inthe investment process in order to achieve a multiplier effect, these are urgent to solvetheoretical and practical issues. Thus, in the21st century under the new situation, it’sparticularly important to explore how to deal with the rational and effective investmentof Luolong District strategy, and targeted specifically on the area of investmentresearch also particularly necessary.
