Research On The Problems Of The Employees’Pension Insurance Fund Management In Xuzhou

With the expanding coverage of the social insurance, pension insurance as the core part ofthe social insurance, fund management is the key. The safe, complete, efficient operation andmanagement, has an important significance to social harmony and stability. Pension fund is animportant factor in the construction of the social insurance system, always restrict the choice ofpension insurance mode and function realization. Firstly, in this paper, after expound the basictheory of pension insurance management, using historical analysis method to pectination thedevelopment process of the employees’ pension fund management; then combined withempirical analysis method, based on the achievements of the pension insurance fundmanagement in Xuzhou, from the two aspects of the current policy and management status offund management, we can analysis of the actual problems existing in pension insurance fundmanagement process of Xuzhou.; Finally, from the perspective of government management, wecan put forward through the improvement of the legal system, improve the management level,process reengineering, expand investment channels, supervision strengthening measures tofurther improve the management of pension insurance fund in Xuzhou. These in order to betterregulate the management system of endowment insurance fund, to promote continuouslyupgrade the level of employees’ pension insurance in Xuzhou, and to achieve the goal of socialharmony and stability.
