This thesis is a combination of organizational behavior managementknowledge and self-efficacy theory discussion in the literature,he empirical research on theR&D team. Application of the concept of self-efficacy, origin, behavior and intervention inpractice. To provide a new idea and concrete measures to promote and improve the work ofhuman resource management. To improve human resources management provides a newway of thinking.In this paper, the subjects are QL science and technology R&D team.Survey variables are R&D staff self-efficacy. The research method of this dissertation is thecombination of literature research and empirical research. Analysis of the current status of R&D team employee self-efficacy, Analysis of the current status of R&D team employeeself-efficacy,130questionnaires,125valid questionnaires.Studies show:The first: betweenR&D team employee self-efficacy and work experience, education level, age structure ofdifferent personal attributes. Second: R&D team learning skill decreases with age, whichwill affect the ability of self confidence. Third: R&D team staff in focus and work, canreflect the high self-efficacy of employee behavior.
