Since the implementation of reform and opening-up, China’s foreign trade enterprises which depend on processing trade have developed rapidly. Foreign trade has become China’s major power for promoting sustained rapid economic growth."Made in China" products have become the protagonist of international trade in just a few decades. In support of China’s economy ongoing increase after thirty years, because the change in factor endowments and international market environment, China’s export-oriented economy faces challenges, raw materials and labor costs continue to rise, competition from other developing countries, which have made the international competitiveness of Chinese manufactured products increasingly weakened. With the increasingly depravation of international financial crisis in2008and after the European debt crisis, China’s export was being hard hit. And foreign market demand continued to shrink in stark contrast to China’s growing domestic market, under the background of the urbanization as the leading trend, China’s domestic market is expanding greatly. Therefore, catching the opportunity, turning to domestic market, achieving the "gorgeous turn" has become an inevitable choice for many export enterprises. But in the process of turning foreign trade to the domestic sales, because the market environment, marketing and other aspects are far different between international markets and the domestic market, which making foreign trade enterprises face difficulties and challenges in the transformation process.In this paper, I do a study of a small and medium foreign trade enterprise in Qingyuan district, doing a comprehensive investigation of the relevant data in the enterprise’s production and operation, analyzing the reasons that cause the current increasingly difficulties in G company’s foreign trade business, suggesting that if G company wants to change the current swamp, it needs to change the strategies, turning the exporting to domestic sales. The paper studies the actual situation of G company, using the SWOT method to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in developing the domestic market, combined with theoretical knowledge of marketing and other aspects of corporate management, making proposals for G company on how to change from the exporting to domestic sales. It also has a reference to the vast small and medium export enterprises that are changing to domestic market.
