With gradually popularize of the third phase of “Golden Tax Project” and “provincialcentralism”, tax collection informationization process in China has made greatachievements, and constantly improve the level of tax collection and administration,tax service quality continuously upgrade. As the situation changes, in the process oftax collection informationization has also met some questions. In the basic theory ofcloud computing and tax informatization, further analyzes the current situation ofChina’s taxation informatization, points out the existing problems. In the basis ofprevious studies, this thesis constructs the tax collection and management of cloudcomputing architecture, try to provide theoretical guidance to solve the existingproblems, in order to promote the continuous improvement of tax collection andmanagement information.This thesis uses the literature research method, comparative analysis method andinterdisciplinary research method three kinds of methods, through the collection,collation of important documents that relevant with taxation informatization, cloudcomputing, to put forward the theoretical basis for this study. Through comparisonand analysis, and reference of domestic and foreign experience that promote their taxcollection informationization, considering the advantages and characteristics of cloudcomputing, to construct cloud computing architecture of tax collection andmanagement, and put forward policy recommendations to promote the developmentof informatization of tax collection and management. The possible innovations are:first is to combine cloud computing with tax collection and management; second is tobuild the cloud computing architecture of tax collection and management, and analysethe application of this architecture.
