Guangdong Rising Assets Management Co., Ltd.(GRAMCL) is astate-owned company approved by the Guangdong provincial government regulated byGuangdong Province State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.Under the guidance of Guangdong provincial government, the emergency managementcondition of GRAMCL is stable on the whole in recent years. However, influenced by factorssuch as reorganization and transformation of state-owned enterprises, GRAML is still duringa long period of more and more emergencies. What’s more, the potential influence and losswill become larger and the manipulation of them will also be increasingly difficult.The current thesis first introduces the concept of emergency management and itscharacteristics, then analyzes emergency management system, operation mechanism and theirdemerits and proposes the countermeasures from the angle of emergency managementmechanism, emergency decision mechanism, information dissemination mechanism, andsupervision and assessment mechanism. The thesis tries to explore enterprise emergencymanagement styles and operation mode so as to solve step by step the present problems andpossible future problems in enterprise emergency management mechanism. By runningscientific and standardized emergency management mechanism, the thesis aims to realize thesecurity and harmony of enterprises and employees’ sharing results of reform anddevelopment so that every enterprise can perform its duty to the country development andsocial harmony.
