The Study On Human Capital Investment Of Small And Medium Private Enterprises

Since the reform and opening up, China’s small and medium private enterprises riserapidly, along with the gradual development and improvement of China’s socialist marketeconomy, small and medium private enterprises has become the strong power source of thesocialist market economy development with its strong vitality and potential ability, it isplaying an increasingly important role in the development of our national economy.With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, human capital has becomeincreasingly significant for a country’s economic and social development. Competitionamong enterprises is fundamentally human capital competition. China’s accession to WTO,the growing trend of economic globalization, the competitiveness situation of small andmedium private enterprises face are become more and more feverous. In addition, Chinahave shown a trend of rapid population aging in recent years, the demographic dividenddisappear gradually, the number of school-age labor that companies need is reducing.Therefore, studying how to increase the stock of human capital of small and mediumprivate enterprises, how to improve the return on the investment of human capital, in orderto improve the competitiveness of the small and medium private enterprises, has a veryimportant and practical meaning.In this paper, according to the theory of human capital and human capital investment,based on the reference and the results of previous studies, this paper have studied thesituation of China’s small and medium private enterprise human capital investmentin-depth, and put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve investment in humancapital for small and medium private enterprises. This paper is organized as follows:Chapter1is introduction part, tell about the research background, purpose, ideas andmethods, and summarize domestic and foreign investment in human capital literature.Chapter2is the basic concepts and theories of human capital investment, mainlydefines the concepts of small and medium private enterprises, elaborated the theories ofhuman capital investment, and analyzes the relationship between human capital investment and physical capital investment.Chapter3establish the effectiveness evaluation analysis model of enterprise humancapital investment with the data envelopment analysis method, this can be used forreference to improve the efficiency of investment in human capital.Chapter4analyzes the current situation of human capital investment of small andmedium private enterprises, forms and effects, and put forward correspondingcountermeasures to improve investment in human capital for small and medium privateenterprises.Chapter5summarizes the main conclusions of the full text and prospects the directionof future research.
