Governments have alsointroduced low-rent housing, affordable housing and other housing security system tomeet the housing needs of different income levels. However, it is also easy to producesocial discontent with a narrow low-rent housing security coverage, and affordablehousing that is not "economic" issues generated a lot of housing "sandwich " group.Public rental housing was first mentioned as the latest housing security system in June2010document " on accelerating the development of public rental housing guidance",which opened a new starting point for public rental housing security "sandwich class",and "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" clearly positioned as a public rental housing affordablehousing body.
